PO Box 729, Falmouth, MA 02541 any downloaded or printed materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format unless SEAK terminates this license more than 1 year after your purchase and you have not otherwise violated these terms of use.
  12. You agree that SEAK shall suffer irreparable harm should you violate the terms of this limited use license.
  13. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SEAK, Inc and its agents, employees, owners, faculty and attorneys for any costs, damages, attorneys' fees, expenses and the like arising out of your violation of of the limited use license granted herein.
